These magnetic microspheres are composed of a polymer matrix incorporating Nile Red for strong red fluorescence and contain a magnetite core for magnetic responsiveness. With a diameter range of 0.2–0.39 µm and a surface functionalized with carboxyl (-COOH) groups, they are optimized for bioconjugation through standard carbodiimide chemistry. Provided at a 1% w/v concentration in a 2 mL suspension, they are suitable for fluorescence-based assays, targeted biomolecule capture, and magnetic separation workflows. Nile Red emission enables easy tracking in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.
